POST 2 : MANAGER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Responsibilities and Duties
Maintain excellent relations with the existing and generate new clients.
Take up initiatives to generate business through either Transaction or Leasing of the space to various brands including Multiplex, Hyper & Anchor Stores, Vanilla Outlets and Food Courts.
Regular Follow-up for the Execution of the Service Fee agreement and recovery of the same.
Prospect Client Management
Regular visit to client and follow-up for any discrepancy.
Market research and City survey of the proposed site.
Ensure Adherence to SOP's.
Maintaining regular MIS.
Management of the available data of client.
Negotiations on commercial terms with the clients and closer of the Deal.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Only Female Candidates.
Pan India Traveling is mandatory.
Friendly, Outward and Attractive personality.
Expert in MS Office, Outlook, Official Correspondence and documentations.
Excellent Communication skills and fluent in English & Hindi, both spoken & writing.
